I wanted to move, but already owened a home and didnt' know what the first step should be.  Buy, then sell?  Sell, then buy?  How could I afford to purchase a new home before I sold my present one?  But, where would I live if Les sold my present house before I found a new one?

First, I called Les who introduced me to a Lender who could help me temporarily own two homes, should the need arised.  Next, Les helped me find the perfect home and presented a great offer, not contingent on th sale of my present home.  When the right buyers came in Les negotiated an agreeable closing date for everyone.  Happy seller, happy buyer!

     I was getting a jump start on my home search by exploring the Internet.  The challenge was that I was overwhelmed by all the information.  I also found out that a lot of it wasn't accurate, and realized I needed a real estate consultant to explore my options. 

     I met with Les, he helped me get preapproved for a mortgage, and walked me through the buying process.  Then Les showed me some of the properties I was finding on the Internet, and introduced me to other houses I was not aware of, including new construction.  The idea of having Les help me design my home appealed greatly.  I never thought I'd end up living in my "dream home"-but I did!

A brand-new house may not be as out of reach as you think!-Call LES-

I was tired and burned out so I made a phone call and Les answered!  He gave me some basic information over the phone and began to search for me with his free HomeFinder Service, based on my specifications and salary.  I was thrilled when he discovered a newly-listed, lovely two-bedroom home with plenty of room for entertaining, privacy, and a yard for the puppy I couldn't have as a renter.  I moved in within the month!

Thank-you so much for helping us find a Veterinarian in the area we could trust and count on as to not use one of our nine lives up.  Our cat is doing wonderfully and only suffered a broken leg.  Thanks also for the advice, we are keeping her away from the wild coyotes at night! I met Les as a referral from one of my co-workers.  I had just moved into the area as a result of a job promotion.  The pormotion meant a salary increase, but without the benefit of a mortgage deduction, tax time was going to be painful.  So, off Les took me house hunting!

I did not have a lot of requirements as a first-time buyer-"a kitchen big enough to open a Taco Bell bag" gives you an idea-but in a tight market, I had to move quickly.  With Les constantly checking his new lisitng updates, he spotted a half-hour old listing that was a possibility.  He call me, we viewd the house together, and he wrote the purchase offer on the hood of his car.  At the end of the day the seller accepted my offer, and now I have a "Home, Sweet Home" and a sweet tax deduction!
